What I enjoyed the most about the theatre was not the show itself, but it was the backstage.

It took my youth years. But I felt it wasn’t enough.

I see them as the first disruption in banking.

That was a surprisingly hard part for me to up-skill my knowledge.

What we were calling product was to take good care of the good old 4Ps of marketing.

What a game changer it is when you stop talking about “we” and “them”.

It makes sense to complement the subjects. Sometimes maths or physics is boring because you don’t connect them with the real world.

Having this relation within the team in different disciplines is really teamwork.

Accept that you can fail and it could be wrong. But knowing what is the plan B is important.

Understand the why. Because in most cases the answer is “because we always did like that”. Don’t stop questioning.

We complain about not having the tools. They were creating the tools.
